Florida Fishing Guide Service

Fishing Naples

Large numbers of tarpon inhabit the residential waterways of Naples, FL.Naples is nestled on the finest white beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. Naples is host to world class hotels, shopping, entertainment and dining. There are over 40 golf courses in the Naples and Marco Islands area. There are new courses being built on a monthly basis. That is why fishing in our area is unique. While vacationing in comfort, you are only minutes away from some of the finest fishing in the world. Unlike other exotic destinations, you can stay in fair to elaborate accommodations. You will have your pick of a host of activities during your stay in Naples.

Fishing in Naples is exciting too. There are mangrove estuaries galore. There are beaches where you can fish on foot year round. I like to take clients sightfishing for snook and other species in clear water along the beach. You may encounter schools of snook, jacks or redfish marauding bait along the beach. Sightfishing for tarpon is a possibility too.

Mangrove cover and white sandy beaches are ideal snook habitats.Naples has some of the best night fishing for snook in the state of Florida. I take clients out on evening trips to fish the lighted docks for snook, jacks and other tackle breaking species.

Naples is also located only a half an hour away from Marco Island and Goodland. Goodland is the gateway to the Ten Thousand Islands and the Everglades National Park. It is also where I keep one of my boats. These areas offer the finest fishing in the world. There is no other mangrove island estuary like it on the planet.

After a day of fishing in a sub tropical climate, you have the comfort of knowing that you will be returning to the fine amenities that you can only find in a luxury beachfront community. If you have ever fished in foreign countries, you can appreciate what I am saying.
